About Willow Tree Recovery

Addiction Treatment Built for Depth and Stability

Willow Tree Recovery was created with a clear intention. To offer residential addiction treatment that is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in impactful clinical work.

From the beginning, the program has remained deliberately small and focused by choice. Rather than expanding into multiple levels of care or trying to be everything to everyone, Willow Tree has stayed committed to doing one thing exceptionally well. Providing residential addiction treatment for people who need time, attention, and a steady clinical presence to begin meaningful change.

How Willow Tree Began

Willow Tree was founded by clinicians and professionals who spent years in the treatment field and saw a growing disconnect between how care was offered and how it was actually delivered.

The goal was to create a place where clients could feel safe enough to stay, engaged enough to do the work, and supported enough to leave with a plan that made sense for their lives.

That goal has not changed.

The program has grown carefully and intentionally over time, guided by experience rather than trends, and by outcomes rather than census numbers.

A Program Built Around Relationships

At Willow Tree, treatment is shaped by relationships. Between clients and clinicians. Between staff members. Between the program and the families and professionals who trust us with care.

There is no admissions call center. All intake conversations are handled by senior leadership who remain involved throughout a client’s stay. This continuity helps establish trust early and ensures that decisions are thoughtful, informed, and personal.

Inside the program, clinicians carry small caseloads so they can stay closely connected to each person’s progress. Care is not divided into isolated appointments. It unfolds over time, through frequent contact and shared understanding.

Our Clinical Perspective

Willow Tree works with adults who are struggling with substance use and the mental health concerns that often accompany it. We approach treatment with the understanding that addiction does not exist in isolation.

Most clients arrive with complex histories that may include trauma, anxiety, depression, or long-standing patterns of coping that no longer serve them. Treatment here is designed to meet that complexity with patience and clinical depth.

Trauma work is approached carefully. Stabilization comes first. Trust is built gradually. We are clear with clients and families about what can be addressed during residential care and what may need to continue afterward.

Why We Offer One Level of Care

Willow Tree provides residential treatment only.

We do not operate outpatient programs, step-down services, or sober living. This allows us to remain fully focused on the work that happens during residential care while collaborating closely with outside providers for detox, aftercare, and ongoing support.

We believe strong outcomes depend on good transitions. For that reason, we place a great deal of care into discharge planning and ongoing collaboration with the professionals who will support clients after they leave.

Our Culture

Willow Tree operates with a culture founded on mutual respect. Every role is valued, and staff longevity is a point of pride. Many team members have been part of the program for years, contributing to a sense of consistency and shared responsibility.

We believe clients feel the health of an organization. When staff feel supported and respected, care is delivered more thoughtfully.

Integrity and transparency guide decision-making at every level of the program.

Looking Forward

Willow Tree is not focused on expansion. We are focused on refinement.

Our commitment is to continue offering residential treatment that is careful, ethical, and deeply human. To remain selective. To stay collaborative. And to ensure that each person who comes through our doors is treated with respect and seriousness.
