Our Team

The People Behind the Work

Willow Tree is shaped by the people who show up here every day.

Our team is made up of clinicians, leadership, and support staff who have chosen to work in a purposeful, focused setting where relationships matter. Many have spent years in the field and years at Willow Tree. That continuity allows the work to stay steady and grounded, even when the work itself is difficult.

We believe treatment is only as strong as the people delivering it.

Experience You Can Feel

There is no separation between leadership and care at Willow Tree. The people guiding the program are directly involved with clients, families, and referring professionals throughout the treatment process.

Primary therapists, psychiatric providers, and support staff communicate regularly. Information is shared thoughtfully. Decisions are made with context. When outside providers are involved, they are treated as part of the broader care team rather than outsiders.

This level of coordination allows treatment to unfold with fewer disruptions and more clarity for everyone involved.

Connect With Us

If you are looking for drug and alcohol rehab in Utah and are unsure what level of care is appropriate, we welcome the conversation. Questions are encouraged, and decisions are never forced.

If you have questions about who might be involved in your care or want to speak directly with leadership, we are always open to that conversation.
